The National Irish Safety Organisation/Northern Ireland Safety Group (NISO/NISG) Safety Awards recognises organisations excelling across a large number of sectors
Portakabin Ireland was ‘Highly Commended’ on the night.
The 27th Annual Occupational Safety Awards ws hosted at the Great Southern Killarney and it was the first time modular specialist Portakabin had entered the awards.
Jamie Campbell, Health and Safety Advisor for Portakabin Ireland was delighted to collect the award, “It was an amazing achievement and as it is an evidence based entry, it shows all the hard work that is done by our team.”
For NISO president Harry Galvin, the awards and the standard of entries continue to surprise.
The quality of the NISO/NISG All Ireland Safety Award entries continues to increase with the adjudicators commenting on the high standard of entry this year. I wish to stress that every entry is important no matter what award is received on the night. Each company demonstrates by entering that they are committed to raising the standard of safety, health and welfare of their employees year on year in pursuit of excellence.
