Requirements
After significant business growth, Oakpark Foods needed to expand its production factory and relocate its staff canteen and welfare facilities to an external building.
To support the business’s future growth, Portakabin (Ireland) was able to provide flexibility for Oakpark Foods with high-quality modular buildings.

Solution
Complete to permanent building standards, the single-storey 200m2 modular building includes a canteen for around 50 staff members, male and female changing rooms, office space, a meeting room as well as a gowning room where staff can change before entering the food production areas.
By choosing a modular solution, Oakpark Foods benefitted from a building that can be altered as the business’s requirements change. The building can be increased or decreased in size or rearranged at any time simply by adding, removing or replacing modules.
The building allowed us to streamline the canteen and changing facilities for our staff. It offers our people the benefit of taking their breaks in a comfortable environment and the changing facilities are spacious. The ease of installation meant no disruption to our other facilities during construction.
