Why hire from PortakabinWith the construction of new houses in three commuter villages near Kettering progressing at a rapid pace, Mawsley, Broughton and Cransley urgently needed a dedicated interim health practice, until a traditional building could be completed.
Kettering NHS Trust recommended Portakabin to the surgery as it was the only company that was able to meet all NHS specifications for healthcare buildings in such a short space of time. Portakabin worked with the head GP and Practice Manager to design a building that met all of the necessary specifications. Within two weeks of the plans being finalised, Portakabin had constructed a 235m² building, which includes two consulting rooms, a treatment room, a dispensary, customer and staff toilets, two general offices, a staff room and a waiting room.

I would have no hesitation in procuring another Portakabin building or recommending them to others. Staff and patients alike are very pleased with the new surgery and I think we'll all be quite sorry to see it go when the time comes to move into the new building!
