  1. Premier League football club Brentford required a new training facility, which whilst temporary, would represent a significant improvement on current facilities and act as a stepping-stone towards the Club’s longer-term vision for a state-of-the-art performance centre.

    The facility would be in place for up to five years and would be located on the opposite side of the site of the Club’s current training facilities at 100 Jersey Road, Osterley.

    Following a competitive tender, Portakabin was awarded the contract to deliver a completely bespoke building, one suitable for the exacting standards demanded by the freshly promoted team.

  2. The Robert Rowan Performance Centre is an outstanding and completely bespoke solution for up to 150 professional football players, medical, training and office staff.

    The overall design of the building went above and beyond a standard delivery for Portakabin. This in turn challenged its engineers to work closely with groundworks to create a bespoke viewing terrace as well as its interiors team to meet the Club’s requirements for furniture, fixtures and equipment.

    The project team were able handover on time, even though they had restricted working hours on site to stop any disruption to the Club’s training schedule; an outstanding testament to the Portakabin promise; delivering on time and on budget.
